Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling

Roadvia schedules instructors and vehicles around booked lessons. Late cancellations affect instructor schedules and availability for other students.

• 24+ hours before lesson start: no cancellation or rescheduling fee.
• Less than 24 hours before lesson start: $75 same-day cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply.
• No-show: $75 no-show fee may apply, or the lesson may be charged as used depending on circumstances.
• Missing permit/license: may be treated as a no-show or same-day cancellation.
• Late student: lesson time may be reduced. Excessive lateness may be treated as a no-show.

Roadvia Cancellations

Roadvia may cancel or reschedule because of weather, safety, vehicle issues, instructor emergency, illness, traffic conditions, or operational needs. If Roadvia cancels, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the lesson.

Refunds

Refunds may be available only for unused services, subject to this policy and applicable law. If a discounted package was purchased and some lessons were used, Roadvia may calculate the refund by deducting the current single-lesson price for lessons already taken, plus applicable fees.

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed lessons
• Late cancellation or no-show fees
• Driver's Ed course access once issued or started
• Third-party course fees
• Certificate replacement fees
• Payment processing or administrative fees
• Expired lesson credits

Package Expiration

Lesson packages expire 12 months from the purchase date unless Roadvia states otherwise in writing.

Non-Transferable

Packages are for the student listed on the account and are not transferable unless Roadvia approves the transfer.
