These Terms of Service govern your use of Roadvia Driving School's website, online booking, driver education, behind-the-wheel lessons, road test preparation, and related services.
Business Name
Roadvia Driving School is operated by Roadvia Learning LLC dba Roadvia Driving School.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, booking a lesson, purchasing a package, registering a student, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Student Agreement, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Pickup/Drop-off Policy, and Recording Notice.
Services
Roadvia may provide Driver's Ed, behind-the-wheel lessons, teen driver training, adult lessons, nervous driver lessons, senior/refresher lessons, road test preparation, pickup/drop-off where available, and online booking or account management.
Student Eligibility
Students must have the required permit, license, or legal authorization before participating in behind-the-wheel lessons and must bring required documents to each lesson.
Minors
If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must authorize registration, payment, lessons, and acceptance of Roadvia's policies.
Payments and Booking
Lessons and packages must be paid according to posted pricing and payment requirements. Online booking is provided for convenience. Availability may change due to instructor schedules, vehicles, weather, safety, traffic, service-area limits, or operational needs.
No Guarantee of Passing
Roadvia does not guarantee that any student will pass a permit test, written test, DMV drive test, road test, renewal test, or any other licensing exam.
Safety
Driving is an inherently risky activity. Students must follow instructor directions, traffic laws, safety rules, and Roadvia policies. Roadvia may stop, refuse, or cancel a lesson if safety is a concern.
Cancellations, Pickup, and Recordings
Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, package expiration, refunds, pickup/drop-off, and safety recordings are governed by Roadvia's posted policies.
Refusal of Service
Roadvia may pause, refuse, cancel, or discontinue services if payment is unpaid, information is inaccurate, required documents are missing, behavior is unsafe or abusive, or service cannot reasonably be provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roadvia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed DMV appointments, failed tests, lost time, transportation costs, inconvenience, or lost wages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
