Student Agreement

This Student Agreement applies to Roadvia driver education, behind-the-wheel lessons, road test preparation, and related services.

Student and Parent/Guardian Responsibility

If the student is under 18, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the student and authorizes the student to participate in Roadvia services.

Permit or License Required

A student must bring a valid permit, license, or legal authorization to drive to every behind-the-wheel lesson. If the required document is missing, the lesson may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Driving Risk

Driving and learning to drive involve risk, including property damage, injury, disability, or death. Risks may come from the student, other drivers, road conditions, weather, pedestrians, cyclists, vehicle operation, and unknown hazards.

Safety Rules

• Follow all instructor directions.
• Obey traffic laws.
• Wear corrective lenses if required.
• Do not use a phone while driving unless instructed for safety.
• Notify the instructor if you feel unsafe, sick, panicked, distracted, or unable to continue.
• Treat instructors and staff respectfully.

Instructor Right to Stop a Lesson

Roadvia may stop, shorten, cancel, or refuse a lesson if the instructor believes the student cannot safely continue. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in the lesson being charged as completed.

No Guarantee of Passing

Roadvia does not guarantee that any student will pass a DMV test, written test, permit test, or road test.

Student Damage or Misconduct

Roadvia maintains insurance for covered instruction vehicles. The student and parent/guardian may be responsible for losses caused by intentional, reckless, unlawful, grossly negligent, or deliberately unsafe conduct.

Pickup and Drop-off

Pickup/drop-off may be available within Roadvia's service area and is subject to schedule, safety, location, and instructor availability.

Payment and Scheduling

Payment, lesson credits, package expiration, cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are governed by Roadvia's posted policies.

Recording and Safety Cameras

Roadvia vehicles may use dash cameras, interior cameras, GPS, or other safety tools. By booking or participating in a lesson, the student and parent/guardian agree to Roadvia's Recording Notice.

Online Acceptance

This agreement may be accepted electronically during registration, booking, or payment. Roadvia may store the acceptance record with the student account.
