Pickup/Drop-off Policy

Included Pickup and Drop-off

Roadvia may provide pickup and drop-off at no extra charge within our service area, subject to schedule, location, safety, and instructor availability.

Approved Pickup Locations

Pickup and drop-off may be available from home, school, work, Roadvia's office, or another approved location.

Service Area

Roadvia serves Lakewood and nearby communities, including Long Beach, Cerritos, Bellflower, Hawaiian Gardens, Paramount, Signal Hill, and surrounding areas, subject to availability.

Location Approval

Roadvia may refuse or change a pickup/drop-off location if the location is outside the service area, unsafe, impractical, hard to access, not legal for stopping, or disruptive to the schedule.

Student Readiness

Students must be ready at the scheduled pickup time with their required permit/license. Instructor wait time is limited. If a student is not ready, lesson time may be shortened or treated as a no-show.

School Pickup

For school pickup, the student and parent/guardian are responsible for making sure the student is allowed to leave campus and can meet the instructor at the agreed location.

Parent/Guardian Availability

For minor students, a parent or guardian may need to be reachable by phone during the lesson.

Changes to Pickup Location

Pickup/drop-off changes must be requested in advance. Same-day location changes may not be available.
